The corner of my room currently has a massive cardboard fort in it! We are gearing up to Theo’s first day of school on Friday, even if it’s only for 3 hours! It’s a big deal for him, he’s super excited 😆 and so far I’m totally okay with it too. I feel it’s important not to transfer any of my anxiety on to him! And if he’s all good with going to school then so am I. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure I’m going to miss him but I’m also getting my time back during the day to get on with my projects. Morning! I’m so glad we tiled to the ceiling! It makes such an impact in the kitchen! I’ve been looking at storage solutions for in here as we have such limited cupboard space! There are only 4 cupboards and the drawers as usable space, I’ve decided on a dresser and as much as I love my sofa in here this is the only space it would fit! A different view! We have a long rectangular lounge and our media plate was installed at one end, meaning we have to have a large piece of furniture to cover it up! These Ikea besta units have served us well but I want some shelving on this wall as well as the TV to display all my ornaments and books.
